Chivalry, Usher Style

Oh, shizz, y'all, Usher is mad as hell, and he's not going to take it anymore!

The Atlanta-based crooner was on MTV's Total Request Live to pimp his new album Here I Stand yesterday. What might have been a typical bit of TRL fluff exploded in a flurry of vitriol when Usher dropped some bitter science about rumors regarding his personal life.

As the show prepared to go into a commercial break, the "Pop Ya Collar" singer held the mic and camera hostage and burst forth with an acid-tongued bitch-out directed at the haters.

"As a matter of fact, I'm tired of people continuing to talk so much trash about me," Usher spat out, before setting a few matters straight: No, he's not splitting with his wife Tameka Foster—who, for the record, is "a beautiful black woman." And no, she had nothing to do with Usher firing his mother from her managerial position.

He was totally serious, too, because he whipped off his sunglasses while he was talking. That's how you can tell when people mean business.

As the seemingly interminable rant continued to unspool, TRL host Damien Fahey cowered in the background, looking like a hapless bank customer caught up in a robbery. Check out the full video below:

“YBF is reporting that Usher Raymond and wife Tameka Foster have separated. As if we didn't know THAT was coming. The blog claims that sources within Usher's inner circle have confirmed that the R&B singer filed for separation three weeks ago.

From the very beginning, these two have been plagued with problems in their relationship, with Tameka dethroning Mama Usher as his manager amidst wedding confusion and most recently her control and jealousy issues.

YBF speculates as to what the "offical" reason for the split will be: "Either the beef between the Mrs. and Mama Ursh is too much for Usher to handle, or he found out baby Usher V is not his." Also, I'm a little sad their relationship is ending, since I've only discovered the term "Urshmeka" this morning and I'd really like a chance to use it a little while longer.”
