Another assault case for Chris Brown?

The Associated Press reports that the “Run It!” singer, who’s due back in court today to face charges of allegedly beating his ex-girlfreind Rihanna, is being sued by a paparazzo who claims that Brown’s bodyguards knocked him around when he tried to take pictures of the star.

Photog Robert Rosen filed a lawsuit against Brown and LA Fitness International on Tuesday, claiming that, on May 13, he was assaulted by Brown’s hired muscle as he snapped pictures of Brown and friends playing basketball at LA Fitness’ Universal City, California, gym.

Rosen alleges that he fell down a flight of stairs while being cased by the bodyguards, who assaulted him, and that a gym employee blocked him from leaving the facility.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
