Chris Brown Wears His Heart on Rihanna's Sleeve

Possibly taking cues from Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Chris Brown and Rihanna have been quite cagey when fielding questions about their rumored romantic connection.

The "Umbrella" singer is quoted as saying of her relationship with Brown, "We've always been friends, but we're very close now."

But it will be pretty hard for Rihanna to pretend that the $30,350 rose gold Santos watch from Cartier given to her by the "Run It!" singer is just a token of their BFF-ness.

The flashy bauble is encrusted in diamonds and was reportedly Brown's way of taking their status public. According to a source who dished to In Touch Weekly, "Chris is so happy he doesn't have to hide his relationship with Rihanna any longer."

Well, it does sound like quite the pricey gift, but it's no free meal at KFC.
