Oh, no! She’s normally all business and full of cheer while rehearsing her dance routines, but Britney Spears seemed visibly shaken and teary-eyed when she left the studio Monday night.

Brit currently has the #1 single in the country and a hot new website for fans to congregate at.

But in the midst of the current drama that is her traffic offense trial, perhaps Britney is letting her emotions take the wheel.

Cheer up, Britney…true, the maximum sentence for your misdemeanor offense contains a six-month stint in the slammer. But if the judge gives you that, your fans, and the paps, are sure to revolt!

Besides, others have proven that jail-time is but a mere word and that the very definition of it can be rewritten.
