It's that time of the week again! The past seven days were filled with a variety of outfits worn by everyone's favorite (and not-so-favorite) stars. Celebuzz brings out the best and the worst in the newest edition of Cute Looks Vs. Huh?

Our award for best look this week goes to Confessions of a Shopaholic's Isla Fisher (above left), who looked simply adorable in her tight, sequined black Jasmine De Milo dress and Jimmy Choo heels at Shopaholic's London premiere on February 16. On the other hand, Katy Perry's wacky Vegas outfit inspired only one word: Huh?
