Dakota Fanning Has a Bloody Good Time on the Runaways Set

Dakota Fanning was in Encino, California, on Sunday, filming scenes for her upcoming biopic The Runaways. (In the film, which also stars her New Moon castmate Kristen Stewart, Fanning plays Cherie Currie, lead vocalist of the titular girl group.)

While filming, a heavy trickle of blood ran down the 15-year-old actress' inner thigh. For the sake of all that is good and holy, let's hope that's stage blood...

I read somewhere that this is part of the movie, her character's first period on stage or something like that.

this film is really going to say alot about Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart, whether they pull it off or not. so far they got the look down but Dakota really needs to deepen her voice to sound more like Cheri and Kristen needs to lighten her voice to sound more like Joan. hopefully all turns out well.

in the 9th picture you can see the origin of the blood is actually midway up her thigh, not... um... higher.
