Playing James Bond isn't a bad gig.

Sure, sometimes the top of your finger gets sliced off while filming, but then there are moments like this, when you nuzzle your naked 22-year-old costar Gemma Arterton.

The first batch of publicity stills for Quantum of Solace, the next installment in the 007 film saga, have been released. The plot involves legendary special agent Bond (played for the second time by 40-year-old Daniel Craig) preventing an environmentalist from taking over a country's water supply.

The photo above is from the scene in which Bond foils the baddie's plans by collecting Arterton's back sweat to irrigate the parched countryside.

“Daniel Craig arrives at the wrap party for his new Bond film, Quantum of Solace, on London’s Southbank on Sunday.

Earlier this month, Craig, 40, suffered a minor hand injury while filming.

“There was a minor incident on set,” said Columbia TriStar Motion Picture Group spokesman Steve Elzer. “Daniel injured his hand. He sought medical attention. He was back on the set within a matter of hours and production went on.””

Daniel Craig is definetly the best bond yet. He's perfect for the role and did an amazing job last time
