Will the world soon be treated to the sight of David Beckham and Angelina Jolie posing in their skivvies together?

It may be more likely than you think.

Entertainmentwise reports that fashion giant Armani is looking to team up Beckham, who's currently one of their most prominent underwear models, and Jolie, who signed on to promote a new fragrance for them last month, for an upcoming ad campaign.

"When you have David Beckham and Angelina Jolie signed up to your fashion house it’s a no-brainer to link them up," a source says. "There are a few contract issues to be addressed but marketing experts are being tasked with coming up with clever ideas for a print campaign."

Alas, while it's entertaining to picture the two of them linked up for a steamy ad in their underthings, the ad probably won't get too racy.

“The two are exceptionally beautiful on camera but both are in committed relationships so the advert would have to be sexy without offending their partners,” adds the source.

Darn.

    I second that. What a pairing! The most beautiful woman and man on the planet. This ad will be hot, hot, hot! Makes me want to go buy the perfume now! Brilliant!
