Intergalactic superstar David Beckham turned 33 and celebrated with a romantic birthday dinner with his wife, Victoria Beckham. They dined at Santa Monica restaurant the Ivy at the Shore and impressed patrons with their closeness.

"It was just the two of them—the kids weren't there. It was a very romantic affair with low lighting and a single candle on the table. They were holding hands, smiling and looking into one another's eyes. Anyone would think they had just met," a source told the Daily Mail.

All that candlelit beauty must have been slightly dulled when Victoria ran to the ladies to yak up the parsley she accidentally ingested.

Victoria recently feted her own birth, and she coordinated his-and hers-outfits for both dates. She wore a white dress with black-and-gray patterns, while L.A. Galaxy god David sported a gray, white and black ensemble for her 34th birthday last month. And for his birthday dinner, she wore a black off-the-shoulder dress and had him wear a white blazer.

He dresses himself like he plays soccer. Not at all!
