TMZ has learned that David Hasselhoff has once again fallen off the wagon on a recent trip to Canada.

The actor, who has famously struggled with alcohol for years, was drinking and causing a scene at the Cascade Casino. That’s not all—apparently, the Hoff got himself involved in an altercation with an elderly patron and three casino security personnel were called to the scene!

Plus, Hoff was seen drinking just 7 hours later. What a trooper.
