Knowing how bad Hayden Panettiere is at keeping secrets, it shouldn't be long before the heroic blonde confirms OK's report that she and beau Milo Ventimiglia were shopping for engagement rings.

No doubt 31-year-old Milo wants to tie his little Heroes co-starrin' lady down soon, before she sets her sights on another boy at the playground. (Or girl.) Hayden is only 18, after all.

Age aside, one of Milo's pals snitched to In Touch that the actor really wants to get engaged this year: “He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000.”

They really are sweet kids. Well, she's a sweet kid. And he's probably very childlike on the inside, too.
