Living La Vida Lohan stars Ali and Dina Lohan set aside their rampant show-biz aspirations Monday night to serve as judges for the costume contest at Animal Fair Magazine's 8th Annual Halloween Pet Costume Party in New York.

The event benefited the Humane Society of New York.

Guess a bombing music career can make people look inside themselves and realize that they should do something for someone else.

The mother-daughter media sensations embraced the spirit of the evening by strapping on a pair of meow-meow ears. Presumably, razor-like claws ready to strike at any moment weren't something that Dina had to purchase at a costume shop.

And where was their more-famous relative Lindsay Lohan during this moment of charity for her clan? It's a good bet that she was also spending some quality time with a kitty.
