We've got to hand it to her—Dita Von Teese looks flawless doing everything.

The 36-year-old glamour model was spotted in a brisk Los Angeles, bundled in impeccable style. The catch? She's on her way to the gym.

Von Teese popped into a Hollywood Pilates studio to keep her lean figure in tact. Too bad muscles aren't the only things making Dita stretch these days.

Her former husband, Marilyn Manson, is requesting she appear in court to testify on his behalf, stemming from conflict with his former band keyboardist Stephen Bier.

Bier claims Manson used millions in shared funds to pay for the decoration of his house, drugs and Dita's own engagement ring.
