Ed McMahon R.I.P.

Ed McMahon, who served as Johnny Carson’s sidekick on the Tonight Show for three decades, died around midnight on Tuesday, according to his publicist. He was 86.

McMahon, who suffered a series of financial setbacks that nearly left him homeless last year, had been battling cancer. Goodnight, funnyman.
