E! reports that hip-hop royalty and TRL standby back in the day Eminem has decided to cut short his “retirement.” The former Marshall Mathers has announced that he is coming out with a new album called The Relapse.

Wishful motherless child Slim Shady appeared on his Sirius Satellite Radio channel Shade 45 on Wednesday night. He stated that his sixth album (counting a greatest hits disc in 2005) will drop by year’s end and will include a single called “I’m Having A Relapse.”

The new disc reportedly features collaborations with 50 Cent, T.I. and repeat offender DMX.

Eminem has been out of the public spotlight for almost four years now, amid rumors that he was done recording and had gained a lot of weight.

For someone given to dropping trou at his fans, that would be a very full moon.
