Ethan Hawke Edging Closer to Second Wedding?
Ethan Hawke and his seemingly “very pregnant” fiancée/former nanny Ryan Shawhughes have reportedly moved one step closer to finality.
The two were spotted by a Page Six spy applying for a marriage license at the Municipal Building on Centre Street in New York City.
Hawke’s rep confirmed Ryan’s pregnancy this past January to People magazine.
When the star split from ex-wife Uma Thurman, it was amid rumors that he had been unfaithful. According to the New York Daily News, Shawhughes was the object of Ethan’s extramarital attraction. “He was terrified,” a source said, “because he knew if Uma found out he was with their nanny, she’d blow up and the divorce would get nasty when it had been going relatively well.”
So well, in fact, that the other woman will now be giving Uma’s kids a half-sibling.
