She's been banned in America, but Eva Mendes is still quite fashionable in Australia.

Eva was at Melbourne's Regent Theater to help launch the official party for ACP magazine's "30 Days of Fashion and Beauty."

So, what's with the yellow dress? Did custom's tell her she had to tone down her curves by dressing like an omelette in order to get into their country?

Eva stars alongside Meg Ryan in next month's The Women. Hopefully Meg's own, uh, unique fashion sense hasn't rubbed off on the Cuban beauty.
