Evan Rachel Wood Joins True Blood Cast

Talk about a seamless transition—Wrestler actress Evan Rachel Wood, who recently reunited with ghoulish rocker Marilyn Manson, has signed on to guest-star on the HBO vampire drama True Blood.

EW.com reports that Wood will appear in two episodes of the show as Sophie-Ann, a 500-year-old vampire from France who wields considerable power and connections. The episodes will air toward the end of the upcoming second season, but if the show returns for a third season it's expected that she'll reprise the role.

Congratulations, Evan. Hope your new role totally sucks!
