Even Samantha Ronson Horrified By Heidi Montag’s New Face
You know you’ve made a horrible aesthetic choice when even Samantha Ronson feels free to mock your looks.
The celebrity DJ/former Lindsay Lohan partner took to her Twitter account last night to weigh in on the topic of the week—Heidi Montag‘s radically altered face—and her assessment of the Hills villainess’ transformation wasn’t kind.
Ronson quipped,
“STILL can’t get over heidi’s surgery- i know we all turn into our mothers eventually- but all in 1 day? maybe her husband has mommy issues?”
Ouchies! And if it’s one subject that Sam is an expert on, it’s women who age way too prematurely.
Still, it’s gotta sting for Heidi to be called out by Ronson for her appearance. Isn’t that a little like Amy Winehouse telling you that you should cut back on the drinking? Or Shauna Sand saying you dress too trampy?
But hey, we’re not here to judge—as we’ve told you over and over again, that’s your job. So get thee to the comments section and share your thoughts: Was Ronson right to take a dig at Heidi?

Heidi’s pics are really hard to look at, still it may be useful 4 those girls who were thinking about plastics – maybe they’ll change their opinion on that topic. I really hope it will benefit anybody in one way or another, cause I truly doubt that this was the kind of fame Heidi was hoping 4. Now she’s notorious..

Samantha is spot on. I love down to earth celebs like Lauren Conrad , but CANNOT stand celebs like Heidi Montag and Demi Moore who are all about being FAKE and pushing their FAKE ideals onto the young & impressionable teenagers.
I FEEL SOOOOO BAD FOR HER…i wish i was there to knock her head and tell her to wake up..
But if you knock her head, it might fall apart following all of those procedures…
Can’t believe how much older she looks. More like 33 than 23. She’s also lost her uniqueness and doesn’t look natural. Most “beautiful” celebrities are not perfect and it’s their quirks that set them apart and make them attractive.
Unfortunately, she’s chosen bland plastic pretty over unique natural pretty. Big mistake. A little work is okay (Heidi Version 2.0 looked good), but this is a complete overhaul!
Her poor folks must be horrified at what she’s done. What a slap in the face for them, too, to change the way you look so drastically that you no longer even resemble your family…
basically spencer isolated her from all her friends and family, and when abusers do this, which by the way i think he is, in fact i think he has the signs of a sociopath, so when they isolate you like this, then they can play with your mind in whatever way they want, and that’s probably what this freak did, because like tiger woods, now that he’s done what he wanted to do, now that the effects are there, namely her face, he’s nowhere to be found. so he probably over time eroded her self-esteem more and more, and she ended up thinking that she can fix it by fixing her face. the problem is not her face. the problem was never her face. the problem is spencer, and why she choose a sociopath like this for a husband. we usually choose for partners people who are similar to the ones we grew up with. so she needs to look at her past, to see if anybody is similar to spencer. but she had plenty of warnings, her mom, her sister, her best friends lauren, so many people told her spencer was bad news, and she still didn’t listen.

It shocks me how much a human being can destroy its own life. She looks so horrible…. Can’t get over it…. Will be shocked everytime I’l see her in the media. Poor her, she showed us that she has even less personality than we thought…
this is the first time you can consider Heidi Montag a role model. Don’t do this to your face, kids.
Im not a Spencer fan but he actually questioned Heidi and said that she was crazy and needed to go see someone about it. No mommy issues. Apart from that, Spence is a douche.

Heidi Montag is a sad case, yes, but Samantha Ronson really isn’t in a position to make fun of anybody. Look at her. Its scary, really. Appears to be about 70 years old and inhuman in a way. So sad how these people live.

While I’d agree that Heidi looks more artificial than she used to, I cannot believe Samantha Ronson had the nerve to talk about someone ELSE looking old…sheesh! Her hard living, hard smoking lifestyle is sure showing up on HER face…she looks like she could be her twin sister’s mother… or father :P
