It's a well-known fact that women have it tougher than men when it comes to staying in shape. So when one shows up with abs of steel, the world should stop and pay tribute. 

Last week Celebuzz brought you the male edition of Fab Abs. For all of you men (and quite possibly some ladies) out there, here's the female edition of this glorious obsession!
