The Alex Rodriguez brood and Madonna's kin have managed to show themselves in broad daylight, despite rampant rumors that the slugger and the singer have been seeing each other.

Who's holding up best under the withering glare of public scrutiny?

On one hand, there's Rodriguez with his soon-to-be-ex wife, Cynthia, and their three-year-old daughter, Natasha Alexander. Cynthia's stony expression as she protects her daughter from her monster of a father holds Natasha pretty much says she's had it.

Then there's Madge's hubby-for-now, Guy Ritchie, with son Rocco. And the couple's adopted son, David Banda. And Lourdes, Madge's daughter from a previous relationship. 

If they're as torn up about the rumors swirling around them as the Rodriguez crew is, they aren't showing it.

And it's entirely possible that the headband Lourdes is wearing isn't so much a fashion statement as it is an attempt to keep her brain from exploding.

I'm glad Cynthia has defended herself this way, her timing has been great. If she had left this information for a bit longer then she would have no chance of getting people to think she was out shopping for revenge.
