Family & Friends Attend Natasha Richardson Wake
Following an emotional Broadway salute to recently deceased actress Natasha Richardson, her colleagues, friends and family attended a traditional wake yesterday at New York City’s American Irish Historical Society.
Led by husband Liam Neeson, mourners included Richardson’s thespian family Vanessa Redgrave and Joley Richardson.
Actress Uma Thurman attended with fiance Arpad Busson, while her former husband Ethan Hawke showed solo. Fellow Redgrave icon Lauren Bacall arrived with family, alongside shock-jock Howard Stern and wife Beth Ostrosky.
A somber Diane Sawyer turned up for the ceremony, as well as actor Matthew Modine, after which Neeson walked arm-in-arm with an unidentified woman in Central Park.
Richardson was pronounced dead on Wednesday evening, of blunt trauma to the head, stemming from a skiing accident Monday evening at a Canadian resort.
Nice that Uma and Ethan can be amicable. Altho so, so many signs indicate she’s a spoiled b*tch. Regardless, Rest in Peace, Natasha!
I really feel very sorry of what happen to Natasha I can’t beleve she took something she did not like or should’ve use safety tips like warring a helment when skiing.
