Fame can be a relative affair.  Sometimes talent and good looks run in a family.  So it's not unusual for one of today's rising stars drag a sibling along into the spotlight. Throw a desperate stage mom and/or overbearing manager dad into the mix, and you've got yourself a celebrity family!

This year's headlines were full of celebrity clan catastrophes, celebrations, new births and all-around good, family fun.

The names Spears, Lohan and Hogan spring to mind, but those formidable dynasties are only three of Celebuzz's favorite star clans of 2008.
