Fergie is taking a leak lead in Nine, the movie-musical from director Rob Marshall.

She'll star opposite Daniel Day-Lewis, new mama Nicole Kidman and Kate Hudson. Kate will somehow pry herself away from angry lunch dates with Lance Armstrong to accomodate the shooting schedule this October.

Marshall previously directed the movie version of Chicago. He must have been totally wowed by Fergie's masterful turn in Grindhouse, wherein she got ripped to pieces by flesh-hungry zombies.

Either that or he just wants to borrow this outfit.
