Did Fergie get dressed in the dark before this weekend's concert at the Orange County Fair in Costa Mesa?

The shorts were a sight to behold—sort of the anti-Daisy Dukes.

Maybe she was just trying to avoid another fiasco like her Today Show performance, when she squeezed into skintight leather pants and gave the kiddies in the audience an oral-sex demonstration.
