Contact Music reports that Miley Cyrus' credit card has been suspended by her dad Billy Ray Cyrus and stepmom Leticia for six months due to frequent overspending.

Well, it's not like she doesn't have the money to back it up.

Cyrus, who turns 16 in November and celebrated with an early Sweet 16 bash at Disneyland over the weekend, reportedly received a pet dog for her birthday and was then relieved of her plastic.

So the dog was a distraction?

"She had a credit card, and she went a little over her limit the other day, so I said, 'No credit card for six months.'" Miley's stepmom reported.
