Blac Chyna is in a very bad place right now.
The reality star is said to be inconsolable following the leak of her raunchy tape, which showed her performing fellatio on an unidentified man while he commented on how she looked “so good” during the explicit act.
“She’s a mess right now,” a source told Radar Online.
Having previously been a victim of revenge porn in 2017 when Rob Kardashianposted her NSFW photos online without consent following their nasty split, the 29-year-old plans on seeking law enforcement help to track down the culprit who released the X-rated footage.
“Blac Chyna is going to file a police report,” the insider shared. “She’s really mad. This is obviously a disgruntled boyfriend. This isn’t as bad as what Rob did but still she’s upset.”
A rep for Chyna’s ex-boyfriend, Mechie, confirmed to TMZ that it was the rapper on the tape.
While the Mechie copped to filming the sexual encounter, his spokesperson said the footage was captured only on Chyna’s phone.
Mechie did not have a copy of the video, his rep insisted.
Invasion of Privacy
Lisa Bloom, the attorney who helped Chyna obtain a temporary restraining order against her former fiancé last year, since took to Twitter to call out the party responsible for invading her client’s privacy. She wrote:
“Revenge p*rn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse. It’s also a way to try to sl*t shame women for being sexual. Girls have killed themselves over revenge p*rn. It’s not a joke.”
Defending Chyna’s right to have have her most intimate moments filmed for personal use, she continued: “Whether a woman knows she’s being recorded is not the issue. Whether she consented to posting is. Our bodies, our choice, each and every time.”
