Justin Timberlake Named in Sexual Harassment Lawsuit
Details on the alleged "unlawful sexist and racist conduct"
There may be a wolf hiding in a black suit among us. Though Justin Timberlake was just one of the countless stars who wore black to the Golden Globes in support of the Time’s Up movement, which protests gender inequality in the industry, it has been discovered the “Filthy” singer was once involved a workplace sexual harassment case of his own.
According to recently-unearthed legal documents, the 36-year-old was named as a defendant when a former manager of his New York City restaurant, Southern Hospitality, sued him and two other men for sexual discrimination. Not only did the accuser claim she was fired because of her gender, but she also alleged she verbally assaulted and made to watch pornography with male co-workers during her time of employment.
