Shia LaBeouf Apologizes for Racist Rant During Drunken Arrest

"I am deeply ashamed."

Shia LaBeouf recently made headlines when he was taken into police custody for public intoxication while filming a movie in Savannah, Ga. Since his arrest, video footage of his interaction with the authorities leaked. In the shocking footage, the actor was disgruntled and uncooperative as he told a black officer he was “going to hell, straight to hell” for arresting a white man.

Now, the 31-year-old is apologizing for his actions and comments.
