The Duggar Sisters Are Suing Cops for Releasing Josh’s Molestation Records
They said the cops weren't allowed to release the information
Jill, Jessa, Jinger and Joy are suing the city of Springdale, Arkansas and In Touch for a federal breach-of-privacy. They are saying that the information released to the press was not allowed to be made public because reports related to sexual misconduct involving children are supposed to be only for the police and courts in Arkansas.
The attorney for the women said, “This case is solely about protecting children who are victims of abuse. Revealing juvenile identities under these circumstances is unacceptable, and it’s against the law. The media and custodians of public records who let these children down must be held accountable.”
Josh Duggar is also being sued right now by the man whose photos he used for his illicit dating profiles.
