Gary Oldman Is a Marrying Man...Again

Till death do you part has various definitions for various people, but actor Gary Oldman took jazz singer Alexandra Edenborough to be his one and final dearly beloved last week in Santa Barbara, California.  Oldman's agent, Douglas Urbanski, confirmed to the UK's Telegraph that the private ceremony had taken place. "I was best man," said Urbanski.

At 50, Oldman is old enough to be 31-year-old Edenborough's devoted and enchanted life partner, and the Dark Knight commissioner has had some practice in the role.

Oldman almost married richly pedigreed beauty Isabella Rossellini, whom he met on the set of 1994's Immortal Beloved.  The Sid & Nancy star took his first marital plunge in 1987 with English-born actress Lesley Manville (the couple share a son, 20-year-old Alfie Oldman). In 1990, Gary took Oscar nominee Uma Thurman as wife number two. The union lasted less than two years, and there are no Thurman-Oldman offspring.  Wife number three, Donya Fiorentino, came along in 1997 and is Oldman's longest reigning wife to date.  Oldman couple-number-three produced two sons (Gulliver Flynn, 11, and Charlie John, 9) and remained married until 2001.

New wife Alexandra Edenborough is a Somerset, England-born brunette who works in Los Angeles as a jazz singer.

Oldman's well-documented battle with alcoholism lasted up into the 1990s, but in recent years he has reigned in his drunken impulses.  Edenborough, however, seems to be all out intoxicating.
