Gavin Rossdale and Kingston: Father-Son Tour Buddies
Britney Spears‘ kids won’t be the only famous tots planning to hit the concert circuit this year.
People magazine reports that Gavin Rossdale will be taking his 2 1/2-year-old son Kingston with him when he hits the road on his solo tour this year.
“I take Kingston for as long as he wants, so I try to drum that into him: ‘Are you ready to go on tour? Are you ready to go on tour?’ It’s going to be fun!” the 43-year-old husband of Gwen Stefani tells the magazine.
But Kingston won’t be engaging in the debauchery typically associated with a musician’s life on the road. Rossdale—who may be the most down-to-earth dad in show business—has wholesome activities scheduled for the father-son duo when he’s not belting out tunes onstage.
“You gotta see where all the zoos are in the towns you’re playing,” Rossdale offers.
Sounds like a great time. And visiting creatures of the wild at the zoo is a lot more practical than actually keeping them in your home.
