Ewan McGregor, 37, and Prop 8 opponent George Clooney, 47, were snapped on the set of their new movie, Men Who Stare at Goats (please let that be a metaphor) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Monday.

The movie sounds completely freaky. McGregor stars as a reporter who stumbles upon a crazy story about U.S. soldiers who are trained to kill through mind waves.

Clooney plays a former U.S. military psychic soldier who was re¬activated post-9/11 (hence the moustache).

Albuquerque is standing in for Iraq.

Kevin Spacey, 49, and Jeff Bridges, 58, also star.

    Having made his way through the entire human female population, Clooney has finally been forced to consider other species.
