Hayden Panettiere’s New Buddy – Gerard Butler
The unlikely pairing of Heroes’ Hayden Panettiere and 300 actor Gerard Butler occurred at the party for the 2009 “What is Sexy?” List at The Bowery Hotel.
A clearly delighted Panettiere posed with the Scottish scalliwag during the soiree, which also included Victoria’s Secret Angels Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes as guests.
Victoria’s Secret’s “What Is Sexy?” list this year promised a “return to romance,” according to Yahoo! and included icons of past and present – including Paul Newman, Kate Winslet, Brad Pitt, and Marilyn Monroe.
As for Hayden and Gerard – no scandal there.
Panettiere DOES have a thing for older men, but she is reportedly still with her boyfriend, Heroes’ co-star Milo Ventimiglia, 30.
As for Gerard, it’s quite possible that he had his arm around the nearest waitress the second the flash went off for the last of these pictures.

Good grief….this party happened what a day or so ago and Gerry is supposedly screwing her now? No wonder the guy hates paparazzi and gossip columns…it’s just a picture for crying out loud.
Jeepers! This guy whinges about the paparazzi and keeps posing for these boring, silly, stilted photos with this glamour woman and that. And this one half his age! Guess what, he signed up for this gig. He wanted to be a big Hollywood star. So pay the price, bloke, or get out. Bigger stars than he avoid the paparazzi. He must not WANT to. It bothers me that a man who came to fame as a serious actor to watch is now just a Hollywood hunk, playboy, a running joke on TMZ. He attended yet another Victoria’s Secret fashion show? Doesn’t he have better fish to fry than this? Wasn’t he going to make a great movie?
I don’t think they’re together or dating. Just because they’re posing together and he has his arm around her doesn’t mean he’s screwing her or even for that matter dating her.
They’re both at the same party, they probably met before at some other Red Carpet Event and of course, it would be normal for them to pose together.
She’s not really his type as far as we know as he seems to like the model-type and mostly brunettes. He even denied the Cameron Diaz’s Shanna Moekler’s and Jennifer Aniston’s rumors. He didn’t even comment on the Paris Hilton’s one was soon seen with George Clooney.
I know his ex-girlfriend and she’s a model, black and from Cuba just like his other rumored but very much seen with him in 2006, Bianca Christians. He prefers brunettes particularly the exotic-looking ones.
Middle aged crisis any one? Seriously, laddy, read a decent script and make a movie that stretches your talents instead.
