In continuing coverage of Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle newsletter Goop, here's a revelation unlike any Goop has given before—Gwyneth likes healthy, low-calorie foods.
"This week brings easy, delicious healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner," she writes to subscribers. Her message includes recipes for buckwheat and banana pancakes she "absolutely loves" and a high-brow tuna sandwich even her toddler will eat.
Oh, G, how do you do it? On top of being wife and mother, you still push yourself to redefine the modern woman.
"I like the challenge of making super healthy food that doesn't taste like it belongs in California in the 1970s," Paltrow writes.
Of course, not, Gwynnie. Let's just save that decade's aesthetic for your look.

I think it's appropriate that Gwyneth is publishing recipes, since her face looks like someone hit it with a frying pan.
