'Gossip Girl' Acknowledging Its Depravity

The CW is currently advertising the upcoming season of their tawdry hit Gossip Girl by using posters depicting naughty scenes from the show accompanied by quotes from their past reviews.

The posters depict Blake Lively in the er, heat of the moment (is that what caused this?), Ed Westwick feeding cherries to some nameless woman (shouldn't it be to Chace Crawford?), and Leighton Meester causing the pool water to boil.

Newspapers like the Boston Herald, The New York Post, and the San Diego-Union Tribune are finding their negative commentary used against them to get the public to tune in to the hour of inappropriate behavior this fall.

"Very Bad For You" and "Every Parent's Worst Nightmare" are only two of the slogans that are being used to draw viewer's in.

Though a resourceful vandal in the New York City subway system didn't find the posters to be too clever.
