'Gossip Girl' Boys Do 'Details'

The Gossip Girl guys (Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, and Penn Badgley) grace the cover of the new Details. Expect Drew Barrymore to buy 100 copies.

In the issue, Men.Style.com reports that the boys open up about what their sudden insta-fame has been like.

Chace Crawford says that he's had more than a few things to overcome—notably "gayface."

"Model turned actor, dime a dozen, eye candy, doesn't know what he's doing...and Perez Hilton says I have 'gayface.' So on top of everything else, I have to overcome gayface," he complains.

Penn Badgley's problem is that he just wants to be left alone. The actor describes not being able to walk a dog because he's always being mobbed by photographers. But then the interviewer asks him if he actually owns a dog.

"No," he says. "Everybody else does, though." Uh, okay.

As for fashionista Ed Westwick, he's loving it. Detailing a recent foray out with pals to see The Dark Knight, Westwick relates how he was swarmed by fans and came away feeling super-heroic himself.

"That's me," he says. "Batman. I am Batman. I am Batman," he brags.

Funny how the gayface isn't bothering him.
