Oh, no, Blake Lively! What's the matter?

The 21-year-old seemed to have a lot on her mind on the Gossip Girl set Tuesday. And from the look on her face, it wasn't good.

Even her real-life boyfriend, Penn Badgely, 22, who's usually the picture of gallantry, was reluctant to rush to her side.

Heaven forbid there's been more family turmoil in her life. Her Dad Ernie, who is also an actor (he worked alongside Blake during her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants incarnations), has been recovering from back and lung injuries he sustained in a recent car wreck.  So that's all good...

Maybe the extracurricular demands of Miss Lively's job have inflamed her guilty conscience?

Or is she merely depressed about how drab and uneventful her life is?

Hopefully she'll find a vent for her worries. Let's hope it's a really sexy vent.
