Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford Files for Divorce

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford has filed for divorce from her second husband, millionaire financier Daniel Giersch.

In papers filed in Los Angeles on December 30, Rutherford cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the rift.

The pair have a two-year old son, Hermes Gustaf, and Rutherford is currently three months along with their second child.

Reps for Rutherford have no immediate comment.

The 40-year-old actress is a Melrose Place alum that found new fame playing Blake Lively's mother on The CW's Upper East Side phenomenon. TMZ first reported the split.
