Updates on the story "Adrian Grenier Wants a Birthday Bash, Dammit!" on Celebuzz

When the head Entourage dude turns another year older, the entertainment world sits up and takes notice. But that's not enough for Adrian Grenier, whose 32nd birthday is approaching on July 10.

He wants to party, and he wants a payday.

Page Six reports the curly-haired hunk has been hitting up clubs in the Hamptons for $50,000 for the privilege of hosting his bash.

Sounds like a deal, right? Just think of all the star power and ink a boy bash like this would generate. Any high-class dive would be lucky to have him.

One problem: Nobody's biting.

Grenier's rep says the story is wholly untrue, of course, but sources close to the green-eyed guy are spilling credible beans.

Guess Vincent Chase didn't realize that Lindsay Lohan had given a bad name to overt solicitation.

Adrian Grenier and co-stars Kevin Dillon, Kevin Connolly, and Jeremy Piven were busy filming scenes on the set of 'Entourage' in West Hollywood yesterday.

The boys are busy prepping the fifth season of the series, which debuts on HBO in September. The show's creator, Doug Ellin, promises that this season will be the best yet because not only do we find out the fate of Vince's film 'Medellin', there's also more character development for Jeremy's character Ari, and big changes for Turtle, portrayed by Jerry Ferrara.

According to Doug, 'This is going to be Turtle's breakout year. Jerry's been waiting his turn to get some storylines, he's been begging me, so this year he's going to have some stuff. You'll get to see him with a girlfriend, you get to see him pursue actual jobs.'

And there's plenty of time for the boys to develop, as Doug has promised that there will be at least two more seasons of the hit series.
He assured reporters, 'I'm still pumped about the show. We still have a really good time, we're all good friends - the hardest part is the ideas but once they get going, it's a great working environment, so we all want to keep going.'

One can only hope the creators of "Flight of the Conchords" feel the same way....

Adrian Grenier, the star of Entourage is reportedly looking to get paid to party for his 32nd birthday. He's said to be shopping clubs and wants to charge a fee for the "honor" of hosting his gig and it'll go to the highest-bidder. A source told the New York Post Page Six:

"He's been asking clubs in the Hamptons for $50,000 for the honor of throwing him a birthday party."

However, a rep for the actor denies that Grenier has been trying to negotiate the deal and explains it's his "entrepreneurial" manager who is planning the event.

The should just ask the club to charge an extra cover to any of the attendees: his friends, fans, and anyone else that night - I'm sure people wouldn't mind paying to party with him. What's a few extra hundred dollars when one could be present for Adrian Grenier's birthday party?
