The young Willis celebuspawn sported a decidedly low-cut top that showed quite a bit of her northern hemispheres. Sadly, her efforts were probably wasted on the predominately canine audience at the event. Here's an E for effort, though, Rumer.

Nicky Hilton wore a summery white frock along with a pair of peep-toe stilettos.

It's a bad sign that the model in the bunch (CariDee English) actually has meatier thighs than the too-thin socialite designer when the gals posed for a group shot alongside NBA correspondent Joumana Kidd.
