MTV's trailer for season four promises all sorts of nail-biting suspense: Stephanie Pratt coming between America's favorite gun-wielding couple Spencer and Heidi! Whitney Port meeting hot himbo models in New York! Hilly Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth and Audrina Patridge involved in a raging brawl!

Well, brawl might be exaggerating a bit. Just watch the trailer and see for yourself. (Warning: the tear-ravaged mascara at the end really tugs on the ol' heart strings.
