Troubled high school dark horse in a wetsuit goes nightsurfing and intrigues the Midwesterner (Dustin Milligan). Check.

Well, its always smart to stick with your tried-'n-true formula.

At least we'll have blasts from the past Jenny Garth and the evil Shannen Doherty gracing the halls of West Beverly High at some point.

Sadly, Tori Spelling felt that she was worth more than she actually is and bowed out.
