A videotape of former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith undergoing a boob job has been barred from being distributed or sold, E! Online reports.

A Los Angeles judge delivered the ruling against Texas doctor Gerald Johnson and his wife, saying that Smith—who died in February 2007 at the age of 39—didn't consent to the taping.

Johnson initially gave tapes documenting a 1994 surgery to a memorabilia dealer after Smith's death. The footage was then edited into a five-minute version, accompanied by music that resembled the theme song from the movie Jaws.

Smith's lawyer, Howard K. Stern, initially brought a lawsuit against the Johnsons in July 2007. In a declaration last year, Larry Birkhead, father of Smith's daughter Daniellynn, said, "It was clear that Anna Nicole was unconscious during the videotaping, and even more disturbing, the videotape focused on areas of her nude body that were unrelated to the location of the surgery."
