It looks like Britney Spears really is planning to ditch Los Angeles, at least if her father and conservator, Jamie Spears, is to be believed.

According to the Daily Mail, Papa Spears took the stand during Britney's trial for driving without a valid license and told the court that his daughter didn't have a California license because "Her home is Louisiana."  And she'll be returning there, just as soon as her child-visitation rights change so she can travel with her sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston.

Say it ain't so, Brit! L.A. won't be half as interesting without you!
