    <description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.usmagazine.com/news/friend-jennifer-hudsons-family-didnt-take-william-balfours-threats-seriously" target="_blank"><em>Us</em></a> reports that the "person of interest" in the <strong>Jennifer Hudson</strong> family shootings had previously threatened to "mess up everyone in the house." <strong>William "Flex" Balfour</strong> is currently in police custody and considered the prime suspect for the shooting deaths of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew last week. A neighbor reports that there had been previous domestic disputes at the Chicago home of Hudson's mother<strong> Darnell Donerson</strong> in which Balfour, Jennifer's sister <strong>Julia</strong>'s ex-husband, made death threats. "Flex tried to start a fistfight with <strong>Jason</strong> [Hudson, Jennifer's brother], and <strong>James</strong> [Jennifer's ex-fiance] beat up Flex," the neighbor reports. At which point, Balfour reportedly threatened that "he would kill Julia and mess up everyone in the house," the source says. The dispute reportedly took place a month ago and was over a car that Julia Hudson claims Balfour didn't have permission to sell.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,444695,00.html" target="_blank">Fox News</a> reports that the remaining <strong>Beatles</strong> have licensed their songs for an upcoming version of the MTV Games' video game <em>Rock Band</em>. Songs featured will reportedly include <span id="intelliTXT">"Revolution," "Helter Skelter," and "Hey Jude." </span>The game is set to appear in Christmas 2009, and <strong>Sir Paul McCartney</strong> has reportedly already approved a demo.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.tmz.com/2008/10/31/joaquin-cashes-out/" target="_blank">TMZ</a> reports that actor <strong>Joaquin Phoenix</strong>, who recently announced he's retiring from acting, is also selling his house. His  3,200 sq. ft. home in the Hollywood Hills is now on the market. The four-bedroom, five-bath home (complete with swimming pool and hot tub) for for sale for $3,975,000.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/watch_with_kristin/b66522_did_abc_just_cancel_pushing_daisies.html?sid=rss_topstories&amp;utm_source=eonline&amp;utm_medium=rssfeeds&amp;utm_campaign=rss_topstories" target="_blank">E!</a> reports that <em>Pushing Daisies</em>, ABC's cult favorite about a pie maker who can resurrect the dead, is in danger of being cancelled. Network executives have reportedly told producers to treat their 13th and last episode ordered this season as a series finale. The decision is not final and producers are waiting to see if they will receive a pickup for the nine episodes remaining in this season, the show's second.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.tmz.com/2008/10/31/my-entourage-can-beat-up-your-entourage/" target="_blank">TMZ</a> reports that <em>Entourage</em> actor <strong>Kevin Connolly</strong> was on hand during a wedding melee in Naples, Florida on Sunday. A police report states that several fights broke out during a wedding reception at the Ritz-Carlton due to a romantic dispute between guests. According to the report, police arrived on the scene and found "several people bloodied, broken bottles throughout the area, tables flipped over and the staff was in dire need of assistance." Connolly, a friend of the groom, reportedly helped break up several of the fights. No arrests were made and no charges were filed.</p>]]></description>
