    <description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/mel-b-spice-girl-planet-s56031/" target="_blank">Fashion curiosity</a> <strong>Melanie Brown</strong> and husband <strong>Stephan Belafonte</strong> renewed their wedding vows over the weekend in Hurghada, Egypt, reports <a href="http://www.okmagazine.com/news/view/10162" target="_blank"><em>OK!</em></a> magazine.<br /><br />Belafonte and Mel B, known to pop music fans as "Scary Spice," reaffirmed their commitment to each other at the Jaz Makadi Golf Hotel in Madinat Makadi. The couple were initially married in Las Vegas in 2007.<br /><br />While <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/posh-snubs-scary-s61121/" target="_blank">none of her fellow <strong>Spice Girls</strong> were in attendance</a>&#8212;apparently "in order to keep it a low-key event"&#8212;<a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/morning-frills-61-calendar-girls-s50401/" target="_blank"><strong>Girls Aloud</strong> member</a> <strong>Sarah Harding</strong> and British TV stars <strong>Denise Van Outen</strong> and <strong>Fearne Cotton</strong> traveled to Egypt to celebrate with the couple.<br /><br />"We only want it to be a real intimate affair with the ten closest people in our lives," Mel told the mag.</p>
