    <description><![CDATA[<p>Good news for upcoming film <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/long-way-happy-ending-australia-s63851/" target="_blank"><em>Australia</em></a>...it's 40-year-old male lead, <strong>Hugh Jackman</strong>, was just <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/hugh-jackman-sexiest-man-alive-s65491/" target="_blank">named 2008's Sexiest Man Alive</a> by <em>People</em> magazine.</p>
<p>Yesterday <em>Australia</em> director <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/nicole-hugh-shine-australia-premiere-s65591/photos-32217151/" target="_blank"><strong>Baz Luhrmann</strong>, 46, joined production designer <strong>Catherine Martin</strong></a>, 43, and stars <strong>Nicole Kidman</strong> and Jackman at the movie's world premiere at Greater Union Cinemas in Sydney.</p>
<p>Kidman, 41, surprised fans just before the premiere <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/nicole-kidman-baby-bump-s65051/" target="_blank">by announcing that she'd like to retire</a> from acting for a while "to have some more children."</p>
<p>She and husband <strong>Keith Urban</strong>, 41, currently have a <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/nicole-kidman-shows-off-sunday-s63101/" target="_blank">four-month-old daughter</a>, <strong>Sunday Rose</strong>, together.</p>
<p><em>Australia</em>&#8212;a pre-World War II epic that follows Jackman and Kidman as they herd 2,000 head of cattle across the outback in advance of a Japanese air attack&#8212;washes onto U.S. shores on November 26.</p>
