Seems like the Sex and the City gals are steeping themselves in culture these days.

And last night, Sarah Jessica Parker and SATC creator Candace Bushnell were spotted at New York City's David H. Koch Theater for the opening-night benefit performance of the New York City Ballet.

The gala, the first performance to be held at the newly named theater, featured ballets performed to the music of American composers such as Leonard Bernstein, Samuel Barber, Duke Ellington, George Gershwin and Ray Charles.

But more importantly, with Parker, 43—who wore a Balmain dress for the occasion—and Bushnell, 49, cozying up to each other, does this mean that the sequel to this year's Sex and the City movie is more of a certainty than Parker has let on?

Just hope that the two don't dance around the subject for too much longer.
