    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>John Travolta</strong>'s 16-year-old son <strong>Jett</strong>, who was found deceased on New Year's Day, was on medication for seizures, reveals <a href="http://www.tmz.com/2009/01/04/john-travoltas-son-meds-ultimately-did-harm/" target="_blank">TMZ</a>. The younger Travolta suffered seizures every four days that were "frequent and extremely serious," according to the Travolta family's lawyers and was on the anti-seizure drug Depakote to control them. The drug had apparently stopped working "after several years" and, fearing physical harm due to the drug, John Travolta and Jett's mother<strong> Kelly Preston</strong> had taken Jett off of it. Jett Travolta was allegedly experiencing one seizure a week and his parents were currently consulting with a neurosurgeon, according to reports.</p>
<p><strong>Rebecca Romijn</strong> and <strong>Jerry O'Connell</strong> have welcomed twin girls, according to <strong>Howard Stern</strong>. <a href="http://www.usmagazine.com/news/rebecca-romijn-jerry-o-connell-welcome-twin-girls" target="_blank"><em>Us</em></a> reports that the radio host made the announcement on his Sirius show this morning. Names and status of the twins and Romijn are unknown. The model/actress had to skip Stern's October wedding because she was on bedrest for her pregnancy.</p>
<p><strong>Tara Reid</strong> has not left rehab, despite reports. <em>People</em> had run a story claiming that Reid had left Promises in Malibu, CA after just three weeks of treatment but her rep tells <a href="http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/b77374_tara_reid_out_of_rehab_not_fast.html?sid=rss_topstories&amp;utm_source=eonline&amp;utm_medium=rssfeeds&amp;utm_campaign=rss_topstories" target="_blank">E!</a> that the story is "not true." <em>People</em> has removed the story since the denial. Reid's exact addiction is unknown at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Jennifer Aniston</strong> and <strong>Owen Wilson</strong>'s <em>Marley &amp; Me</em> is still #1 at the box office for the third week in a row, having grossed $106 million domestically, according to <a href="http://www.deadlinehollywooddaily.com/hot-diggity-dog-marley-me-still-1-bedtime-stories-2-benjamin-button-3/" target="_blank">Nikki Finke's Deadline Hollywood Daily</a>. Aniston ex <strong>Brad Pitt</strong>'s film <em>The Curious Case of Benjamin Button</em> is in third place, grossing $79 million after <strong>Adam Sandler</strong>'s <em>Bedtime Stories</em> ($85 million).</p>
<p>The economic recession has even affected the NBA's <strong>Shaquille O'Neal</strong>. <a href="http://www.nypost.com/seven/01052009/gossip/pagesix/shaqs_bargain_147267.htm" target="_blank"><em>Page Six</em></a> reports that O'Neal, superstar center of the Phoenix Suns, has lowered the asking price of his Star Island, Fla estate in Miami from $35 million to $25 million.</p>]]></description>
